Keep baby wipes in purse to clean around your mouth and your hands after you eat-oils from foods contribute to acne! It doesn't matter what you eat, its what gets on your face! chocolate does not cause acne breakouts! Stress and hormones do.

Lets say you just ate some salty peanuts or pretzel. Then you re-do your make up or touch your forehead or rest your chin on face...taaadaaa! You just ';fed'; your acne...eeew!

Keep on cleaning your face with a three step( tea tree oil will really help!) acne medication, and only apply 10% percent peroxide when really necessary. I was told to apply antibiotic cream frist so it doesnt dry out as much.

You should also buy those oil-blotting cloths and use daily especially on your t-zone or where you are prone to more break outs.

Tip- clean face once a week with a sliced lemon!

Tip-make your own avocado mask with egg yolk and apply once a week.

Use powder foundation with spf instead of cream-liquid!

Allow moisterizer to dry completely though before applying powder!

Consider taking the birth control pill to help with acne-ask your doctor about this because it may help some women.Wat r sum good tips 4 getting rid of and keeping away acne?
Sounds like you are on the right track.

Have you tried ProActive? I get it for my 2 teenagers and it really, really works...

Do you change and wash your pillowcase often and wash your hair often....?

Do you use makeup? Is it the correct kind for your skin condition?

Have you tried using Dove soap on your face instead of all of those chemicals that you are now using?

If all else fails, maybe you could get your doc to prescribe an antibiotic for you...

I don't know how old you are but getting on the birth control pill will also probably help....like I said, I don't know how old you are and if that is even an option for you....

Noxzema is another good cream that works for skin problems...Neutrogena products are also good. I know that Noxzema is an old product, however, it does work and it's not as expensive as some of the other things can be...

Dove is another thing that isn't expensive....

I hope this helps you.
proactiv and murad really worked for me, i have asian skin...drugstore brand products were too strong and drying for me...eat a healthy diet, avoid greasy foods, make sure your pillow case and bedding are always clean and your bath towel too...what kind of facial lotion do you use after your shower?try a lighter, water based one(not oil based)...good luck!
