For ACNE I would recommend you go see a dermatologist…however if you would rather try something on the market here is my suggestion:
ARBONNE Clear Advantage. This is a 4-step system. It includes an ACNE wash that is deep cleaning to unclog pores and keep outbreaks under control. A toner that contains alpha hydroxyl acids to help balance and calm skin, it removes excess oil and leaves skin soft, smooth and refreshed. A daily acne lotion that is oil free and penetrates deep to sooth and clarify skin. The fourth system is designed to help balance out the hormonal imbalance that is at the root cause of the acne breakouts. It is a dietary supplement that supports the skin from inside out. It is infused with vitamins, minerals, l-lysine- an amino acid.
The product comes with a 45-day money back guarantee.
Your skin needs an adjustment period to any product you try. To see most benefit you will need to give the product time to work. Most of all you should not mix brands. The products in each brand are formulated to work together to give you best results. By mixing brands (i.e.: different moisturizer, different toner….) you can diminish the effectiveness of each product.

Here are a few other good things for your skin:
Diet affects everything in our bodies. It plays a vital role in how you look, feel and of course how you age.
Eating right to keep your skin soft, glowing and strong at any age:
·Orange/red fruits and vegetables: can include tomatoes, squash and carrots- these are packed with beta-carotene, which is an antioxidant that is essential for healthy skin, scalp and mucous membranes.
·Shellfish and fish: try salmon, crab, shrimp and lobster- contain astaxanthin, an extremely potent antioxidant that protects your skin from the damaging environment, helps prevent age spots and wrinkling.
·Nuts and seeds- these are rich in vitamin E which helps protect the skin from sun damage
·Citrus fruits- such as oranges, grapefruits, are high in Vitamin C. It is essential to collagen production, and it is the collagen that gives connective tissue strength and resilience.
·Unrefined whole grain- these could be wheat, barley, oats and rye- all contain silica, a mineral that helps to repair damaged skin, hair and nails. Silica helps to strengthen collagen and elastin.
Anti-Aging Super- Foods:
Top pick for this category include any deeply pigmented fruits and vegetables. This includes tomatoes, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, berries and grapes, garlic, onions, green tea, soybean, cold-water fish and spices such as turmeric, cinnamon and cumin.
All of these are very rich in PHYTOCHEMICALS. These are the molecules that give the food the striking color, taste or smell. Their responsibility is to defend the plants against infection and environmental damage, and in humans they have shown to have anticancer activity. And, just like antioxidants, they help protect the body against harmful free radicals and vascular disease.
These foods also contain omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids help lower cholesterol, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce inflammation and facilitate weight loss. Dark leafy greens, cold water fish and soybean are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids.
They are also considered “hot” foods – they help the body burn calories in the form of heat, just by eating them.
Three key elements to help your skin look its best:
·Avoid the damaging sun: with 90% of aging caused by environmental damage and sun exposure, ensure that you wear a product that contains a broad-spectrum sun block, and use it every day. Harmful sunrays penetrate clouds…so sun block is needed on cloudy days as well. Arbonne uses the latest in sunscreen technology in their day creams to ensure that you are protected from both the UVB and UVA rays.
·Practice good skin care: Using skin care products incorrectly can cause problems later in life. Learn how to remove make-up, and apply sunscreen to let skin breath. Follow up with exfoliation to encourage skin cell turnover, and finish with a light moisturizer to protect the skin’s water barrier.
·Don’t mix brands: With hundreds of skin care products launched each year, it’s no wonder that many of us try the latest products…however that can lead to skin irritation and the development of sensitive skin. Skin care products need time to work, and as your body becomes accustomed to the formulas …you will see benefit. Each brand develops products to work together for best results. Pick a brand and stick with it.Does anybody have any solutions on how to get rid of acne?
