had persistent acne that would not go away for a full year





finally found a regimen that works





now i'm able to easily and successfully clear my face with benzoyl peroxide. however, my face will not stay normal. i have to keep using benzoyl peroxide or it comes back full force.





i don't want to use benzoyl peroxide forever b/c i've heard it ages the skin prematurely. my skin is already starting to look wrinkly, tired, saggy, weak and pourous. Can you give me any advice?How to get rid of acne forever and finally come off benzoyl peroxide?

try to weaken the perxide with water or alcahol a little at a time until you are using mostly water and very little peroxide that should wean your skin from it
To clear this for once and all try this. Quarter teaspoon of Epson Salt add 8oz of apple juice and drink it. This will clean out the liver. If the liver is clean so is the skin. Try what i have wrote down there twice a week. I promise you will see results
Sure. 50mg of zinc three times per day for 4-5 months. You will have to keep taking the zinc for the full 4-5 months. Your skin should clear up at the end of the cycle. Take a good multi-vitamin, some extra vitamin E (400-800IU), and 3-12 grams of Omega 3 fatty acids as well. Hope this helps!

use neutrogena oil-free products for acne. its good and mild on ur skin


use oil-free facial wash, oil-free mosturiser and daily scrub which clears the scars and stops breakout of pimples and blackheads
use proactive! i swear it works sooo well. in the beginning the acne gets worse but then clears up and stays clear unless you stop using it. it might get kind of expensive too.
