i used to use toothpaste on my spots. just apply a little bit before you go to bed and when you wake up the redness should have gone and the spot reduced.
Cut down on sugar and oily foods, wash your face with a good cleanser, drink a lot of water, etc...





There are also good acne products that help with any type of skin problem.
